Our desire is that every follower of Christ grow to Love God, Love People, Share Jesus and Make Disciples. There are two primary ways we help individuals accomplish this: 1) Next Step Classes, and 2) Equip Classes.
Church-Wide Goals for 2020:
- Offer core equip classes to more WHBC members
- Four spiritual habits: Bible study, Prayer, Tithing, and Fellowship.
- Strengthen Men’s Ministry
- Elect a men’s ministry director
- Continue to provide men’s events and Bible studies to provide encouragement and promote spiritual growth
- Promote Family Discipleship
- Use CBR Journals
- Provide family devotionals throughout year
- Utilize RightNow media devotionals
- Begin podcasts that give WHBC members opportunity to share how God has and is working in their lives
- Emphasize Doctrine in 2020
- Begin doctrinal sermon series in March titled, “Basic Training”
- Participate in sermon based connection group study that coincides with series
Equip Classes
Equip Classes are designed to equip followers of Christ to Love God, Love People, Share Jesus and Make Disciples. Core Equip Classes include: Bible Study, Prayer, Giving, and Fellowship.
