WinShape Camps for Communities

WinShape Camps C3 Day Camp hosted by Wall Highway Baptist Church, July 9-13, will continue for the summer 2012. The camp will be held at one of our partnering church's facilities - Asbury UMC located at 980 Hughes Road, Madison, AL 35758.

WinShape Camps for Communities is an all day, day camp that provides the most excellent and relevant camp for completed 1st through 6th graders in town. WinShape Camps is executed by a professionally trained staff and is specifically designed for both athletic and non-athletic children. Camp staff coordinates every second of every day for children to experience life-changing moments. The camp combines multiple tracks for children's interest into one unforgettable week! Registration will be open for the Madison, Alabama area on Monday, February 13. This camp will take place July 9-13, 2012. Cost is $184.00 per camper. Register, with your child present. Why? You will want your child/children to help pick their top 5 tracks from the 19 choices. WinShape Camps staff will place them in 3 of the 5 tracks that have been chosen for the week.

There is a $50 minimum registration fee to reserve a spot for your child. The registration fee and remaining balances can be made on line. It's that easy!

There is a 3 page form that must be downloaded, completed and brought to the first day of camp.

Volunteers

Volunteers are needed for WinShape Camp. Volunteers will assist the production of the event in many ways, primarily behind the scenes. Each volunteer must be at least 16 years of age and have completed at least the 10th grade. Background screening checks must be performed on all volunteers. Lunch will be provided by WinShape to all volunteers working those days. WinShape will provide training for the volunteers on the beginning Sunday evening the week of camp. It will normally begin at 6:30 p.m. til 8:00 p.m. This is a mandatory meeting and each volunteer must be present in order to help with this endeavor.
