-- Be The Church

Worship Info

When most people refer to the "praise and worship" where the church is concerned, a style of music is usually the subject. However, both praise and worship are matters of the heart of the individual and the corporate body of believers. We use the avenue of music as just one way to corporately express our love, adoration, and thanksgiving to God for Who He is and what He has done.

Our services incorporate brand new contemporary music and traditional hymns (and all points in between), delivered in a Christ-honoring, fresh, and uplifting fashion. Our music consists of vocals and instruments such as acoustic and electric guitars, piano, organ, percussion, bass, and drums.  We utilize both a choir and an instrumental and vocal team, and employ multimedia arts both in video presentation, graphics and lyric projection, and hymnals are also available in the pews.

The Sanctuary Choir is a group of 30 - 40 members who lead the congregation in worship each week and present special music as an offering of praise to God and for the uplifting of the Church. While it's not a requirement that choir members read music, all choral pieces are learned in this manner (congregational music is typically learned by ear by the Sanctuary Choir in rehearsals). The Sanctuary Choir is not an auditioned group, and meets every Sunday evening at 6:00 PM, following the Evening Service.  Contact Ted Stroup (keoponi@gmail.com for any questions.

"Unashamed," the worship team at Wall Highway, hold themselves and one another to a high standard, both in their walk with Christ and in their musical skill level. Positions in Unashamed are filled through auditions only. If you would like more information on this team or are interested in auditioning, please contact Josh Wilhoit (wilhoit.josh@gmail.com), Worship Leader.
